An American Saddlebred is known to be an "allrounder" horse. These all-stars horses are good at a variety of things like show jumping, cattle-cutting and even fox hunting! These horses are very versatile and are good at a lot of things. They are often colored in chestnut, bay, brown or black. These horses are usually 15-17 hands high, weighing between 1,000-1,200lbs. Unfortunately, they can have upper-raspatory issues and hoof issues leading to lameness. They make good horses that you can enter contests with because they're so versatile.
It has well-shaped heads with a straight profile, long, slim, arched necks, well-defined withers, sloping shoulders, correct leg conformation, and strong level backs with well-sprung ribs.
